It seems very odd to me that four of the five PRO reviews were written on the same day.

I have to admit that I am very disappointed in Justin's inability to return so that we may discuss the worst problem he left.

If I had read the reviews written by dissatisfied customers (BBB and Mantra) I probably would NOT have hired Justin but at least I would have known what to look for as the work progressed.

The shower base does not drain sufficiently so water stands in it for several days until it finally evaporates. His finish work is amateurish and lacks professionalism.

Justin said he will come and finish the left over work. I will give better rating after he does.

Justin's Yelp site claims open for business yet his phone goes straight to voicemail for the past week. How can you ever reach a man for work when he's never available to talk? I don't understand how a stand up business man can conduct himself like that?

We gave Justin a down payment for a door and installation nearly four months ago and the job has not been done. He doesn't answer his phone nor return calls. There is only an occasional email with a promise to contact us with some things to discuss. Then it's radio silence again. Find someone, anyone else to do your work. Even a judgment won't guarantee we'll recover our money. So, $800 on $1600 job will cost us $3200 when we're done.

Until 2015 he had someone working with him that actually knew something about remodeling. But that person quit because Justin would not pay him on time. JKB Remodeling was hired to add a room and a porch to my house. His work was very substandard. He doesn't know what he's doing. He cuts corners, for example the plans called for 2x8" rafter on my home but Justin used 2x6" rafters instead causing it not to be up to code. Justin demanded more payments than the work that was completed and as soon as he got the money he never came back to finish the job that was mostly paid for. He does not answer phone calls. This person is a con man. I wish I had know before he ripped me off for thousands of dollars.
