CSL Plasma

Whoever made the rules in this place is out of touch with reality. NO CHAIRS?!?! Waiting followed by waiting. When I asked "why no chairs?", I was told that I could go somewhere else...Rude. Once on the donation floor I waited an additionam 45 minutes while one or two workers appeared to be actually working. The rest talked and went on break. Overall the place is obviously classiest and cruel to those of us who don't need an additional 2 hours of standing.

I was impressed by this plasma center, considering I was a new donor, and scared out of my mind. The nurse that did my screening, was the same person who answered my questions, did my exam and initial paperwork. She made sure that I was comfortable, and explained everything, including how and where I could use my pay card. She took me back to the donate area and when she found out that I hadn't eaten, she brought me juice and crackers, and made me chicken noodle soup!! Wow, how's that for customer service!? Afterwards, she (and my phlebotomist) made sure I was ok, by making me wait 20 minutes before I could leave. I received a list of things to do and not do to help me get my strength back. I can't wait to donate again....I love it! This coming from a girl that is terrified of needles!

The staff past the front desk is extremely unprofessional, they put me down and treated me like dirt, hateful, snotty, one lady i mean, she was so awful to me. I happen to be educated with a bachelors degree and a masters degree and am out of a job, she treated me like i was bad, i was dressed poor cos i am poor so she had no idea that i work in the legal field. To shame a person for being poor, she lorded over me like i was working at walmart. She should be fired asap.

I wasted my time using yellowpages.com when looking up this business. Then when I tried to call this company they couldn't even give me a correct address to go to. gee thanks F-u
