PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Derby Run Apartments offer the convenience of being in the Highview Area, within a short distance of schools, restaurants, and shopping. Ideally located near I-65, The Gene Snyder Exp.(I-265) and Jefferson Mall, Derby Run is located on the bus line and just minutes from downtown Louisville. Nestled among mature trees on 12 acres, with a sparkling pool and sun deck, Derby Run offers a park like setting you’ll be proud to call home! BUSINESS DESCRIPTION: Research Properties, Inc. is an apartment management company that strives to provide great service in the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana area since 1981. Our goal is to provide a home with great service at a price that delivers GREAT VALUE. To appreciate that value, we find most prospective residents like to see the exact apartments they have to choose from to make their new home. New residents are more satisfied when they have seen the apartment location, carpet color, and condition of their new home prior to their move. For this reason, employees are instructed to only show the vacant apartments after the vacancy preparation process has been completed. The apartments are not identical, however all market ready apartments have been serviced for repairs, freshly painted, carpets shampooed, and completely cleaned before a new resident moves in. As an ongoing routine, the furnace & A/C filters are changed and preventative pest control is provided regularly. Kitchen appliances and mini blinds are also furnished. We welcome prospective residents to visit our properties and see for themselves that the details make all the difference.

This place keeps getting upgrades, and that is something I can appreciate. I like to know that management likes to actually put money back into the property to keep it nice and taken care of the same way I would my own home if I didn't live in an apartment. The location is also second to none for the area. Super close to shopping and places to dine, but not right in the mix of it which is so nice.

The apartments are clean and nice, but the best part is the maintenance team and office staff are great! If you ever have an issue they are super quick to come out and fix the problem!

My thermostate went out and they got out here really quick to fix it. My apt cooled down real quick thankfully because of the new windows. They are working great.

They put a new light up and it is much better. I am very pleased. When I move into a new apartment I think the little things matter as much as th ebig things. They like to improve the apartments all the time here in many ways big an small.

A maintenance man went above and beyond wha I would've expected them to do. After the recent snow here, he came over and wiped the snow off my car windows so I could leave. He was very pleasant. I am glad to know I live somewhere that is maintained by caring people.

Moved from Miami and they made everything really easy and smooth. My apartment is perfect for what I need. A few things needed fixed when I got there and saw it and the maintenance guy came and fixed all the first day. Looking forward to living here, so far so good

IVE LIVED AT MY APARTMENT FOR MORE THAN 30YRS. I CAME TO STAY HERE BECUASE OF LOCATION. CLOSE TO MY JOB AND BUS AND I LIKE THE STORES AND FOOD THAT ARE CLOSE. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD STILL BE IN SAME APARTMENT ALL THIS TIME LATER , BUT I WILL NOT MOVE. THIS IS MY HOME. THEY KNOW ME HERE AND TAKE CARE OF ME. ALWAYS FIX THINGS FAST WHEN I ASK ALWAYS RESPOND PROMPTLY. MY NEEDS ARE ALWAYS ATTENDED TO WHEN I NEED. I KNOW NO APARTMENTS ARE PERFECT BUT PEOPLE HERE ARE DESCENT AND MOSTLY NICE. I HAVE QUIET NEIGHBOORS THAT LEAVE ME IN PEACE TO WATCH MY GIANTS PLAY FOOTBALL. IM RETIRED NOW AND IM HAPPY TO SPEND TIME AT HOME.
