Fantastic Sams

I have been going there for some time. Never again will i go into that location. I over heard the manager Vickie talking and saying terrible things about clients that come and see her or new clients. Stating i will jack them up so bad that they will never sit in my chair again. As for the clients they call natural she treats them like they are lower than dirt. (same skin as hers) Calling them things such as old decrepit if their family's knew they would take them somewhere else.

I took my daughter to get a shampoo and style. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes. As we waited, stylists would finish a person then walk to the back never to return. No one spoke to us or the other people in the waiting area. We had indicated to the girl who helped us that we didn't have much time. Needless to say, after waiting 35 minutes, we left. We weren't the first ones to leave. As we walked out, we noticed only 2 people getting their hair fixed while several stylists were doing nothing. This is bad business. I wish I could give no stars for no service.

This Fantastic Sam's is a poor place to get your hair colored and cut. They are inconsistent everytime you go in there. For complicated hair coloring they let people who have little to no experience do it. My wife recently went there to get a red and blonde coloring done. They let someone that had no experience do it and she had mixed the red and blonde together. She has highlights of bright blonde, red, and where the red and blonde mixed together it is now orange. The whole coloring was only going to cost 85 dollars. That was only for a coloring though. When one of the employees noticed the job the new employee did she gave a look of suprise and her body language said "Oh my god". They made my wife pay 65 dollars for the coloring and offered to fix it for free then. I went back down there and asked for the money back which I did receive, but they refused to fix their mistake. Even though they said they would fix it for free. They are people with low character and morales. They even asked my wife to call her work and tell them that she would not be coming in because she needed her hair fixed. They must not believe in doing what is right for their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They will hopefully notice what they did to my wife as being wrong. The manager there is rude and disrespectful. The name of that manager is Tammy. I could have been a real jerk about the whole deal and ripped her a new one, but I didn't and for that they need to be happy. I don't want this to happen to anyone else so please be careful if you do go in there and make sure you are just getting a simple hair style done.
