Fern Valley Hotel

Horrible hotel. The room next door was smoking weed all night. Could not even sleep because our room was so smokey. Brought it to mgmt attention and nothing was done about it.

Awful awful. We were here about 4 years ago and this place has gone downhill. In the kids area the equipment is cracked and has holes in it. Not safe for a child as all. In the lobby area ceilings were dripping. Food was on all the tables and they were filthy. The door knob in bathroom was falling off.No way will we go back here. We cancelled our reservation for next month. First we show up check in and find out someone has been murdered. They put is on wrong room keys didn't work only 4 tv channels.
