Shawn and his team are very knowledgeable and experienced. They understand what it means to have your vehicle on the road when your business depends on it.

These guys know what there doing and I highly recommend them.

I've had better performance and customer service. I'm not trained on auto repair but it's become apparent they do not complete a pre and post inspection of their work. I now understand why it takes 1 week to schedule with these guys because their customers need to come back 2 or 3 times to solve a problem. Even with my warranty I'm hesitant to bring my truck back because I know when I speak to the Manager he is going to become defensive, make excuses and point the blame on someone else even know they have completed the work here. I shouldn't have to supervise these men.

HORRIBLE. As a public service, I strongly encourage everyone to go elsewhere. They are incompetent, dishonest, and cowardly. They failed to properly install my timing belt three times, and after I took it to a competent mechanic, they refused to answer their phone or return a call. I could not be more disgusted and their entire industry suffers as a result of thieves like these.

Scott and Shawn are very courteous and professional. Prices are very fair and lower than other repair shops. Proformance truly cares about customer satisfaction and are very thorough and excellent in the work they perform. I encourage all my contacts to use them for all their vehicle repairs. They work on domestic and foreign vehicles.

My car had issues on a Friday afternoon and Shawn came in on Saturday to repair it so I could get to work on Monday. His price was fair and his shop rate was the lowest I had seen in a while. Very professional customer service, I would highly recommend.
