Nancy’s experience includes work not only in relaxation and deep tissue massage but myofascial trigger point relief therapies for the treatment and relief of TMJ issues, plantar fasciitis, and other painful conditions. She is trained in Active Release Technique (ART) helping relieve pains from sports enthusiasts’ overuse of specific joints/muscles—rotator cuffs, elbows, and hands. Nancy also provides prenatal massage and has a tender approach while treating her elderly clients.

Nancy graduated from the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage in Cincinnati, OH, and has over 20 years of licensed experience. As a member of the AMTA, she stays up-to-date with new techniques and modalities. She has based her practice in medical environments sharing space in Chiropractic offices in the region. In 2019, she combined her two locations into one at Symmes Chiropractic and Nutrition Center where the medical professionals practice a holistic approach to wellness and healing.

Cindy graduated from Self Health Integrated (SHI) in Lebanon, OH in 1995. For many years she has been performing massage therapy and developing her skills in a holistic chiropractic office and cooperative massage center in Cincinnati. She is well known for her many specialties including working with neck and back issues using therapeutic massage to reduce pain and increase mobility. Cindy has an experienced background in neuromuscular, acupressure, and trigger point soft tissue therapies. Sports massage is another focus in her practice, preventing injuries in addition to facilitating quick recovery for post event healing having worked with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) and the Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure (GOBA) for several years. Cindy is passionate about her work and deeply committed in her clients’ success on their journey to living their best life.
