Pick-It Fence

After waiting for almost 2 weeks for an estimate on a fence job and not hearing back from the company, I contacted them and was then told that my email was probably in a pile of emails to be sent. I later on received an email to advise me that and i will quote " we are not interested in doing work for you This time of year is very busy and there are added difficulties at your Location that twe don't want our staff full time and energy to deal with". If this company is so busy then they should not look for new business and let potential clients wait for an estimate. The professional courtesy entails to be open and honest with customers and it is pretty obvious from my experience that Pictk-it-fence lacks work ethics and manners. I am glad now that I did not have to work with them.
