        This team is one of a kind. Steven and Brad make the whole process so easy. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and flexible. I also highly recommend using their team for concrete and electrical needs as well. Additionally, Brad's team walks you through how to care for your spa on site - priceless!

        As far as the product is concerned, we couldn't be more impressed with the Optima Series 880. No chlorine is used so it leaves you with soft skin and no smell that requires you to have to go straight to the shower. Even without the chlorine our water is clear and clean. The steps and cover are amazing quality.

        We feel part of the Alcoe family now!
