Caprock Discount Drug

This company somehow got my name and insurance information and charged my insurance for products that they did not have authorization to fill. This is form of fraud. I will be filing charges against them. They do not have the right to fill a prescription with the insured person giving them the authority to fill the prescription. I live more than 500 miles from Lubbock

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with! Staff extremely rude and don't care about keeping your business. I guess since a corporation took over they are not worried about keeping their jobs. No business owner reachable to handle complaints and monitor staff. Will never deal with them again!!

never pick up their phone no matter what time of day it is. how am i supposed to get them a prescription when they won't ever answer???
