        Ordered a 12oz ribeye medium rare. Got it medium well. Sent back, took 20 min to get another and it came out so rare it could have come directly off the cow!! The manager brought the 2nd and didn't offer anything. When the waiter came back he said he would make a 3rd one and at that point I flat out refused...
