We use them all the time. I don’t go in there very often but they always know me by name. They take care of my needs quickly and easily.

We just stopped by to get an oil change. I had no idea these guys were located here, it's close to my house. Their staff was super friendly. We asked them a few questions on the type of oil we should be using, since our car is 20+ years old. They recommended a few options and were very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

I took my wife's car in to have some minor service done. All we needed done was to have the spark plugs/wires changed and have the air-conditioner lightly charged. They did the service quickly but when I went in to pay I was shocked how much they charged for such minor service. I asked if there was anything which caused the price to be so high, the simply told me that was normal. After I looked at the breakdown of the charges I couldn't believe it. They charged me $16.50 per spark plug (6 total) and over $160.00 for the wires. I have never seen a spark plug cost so much, not even top quality plugs. I called another service center and asked them to do the same things that were done by McWhorters and they said it would only be about $180.00 for the very same service. McWhorters ripped us off by charging us over $560.00 and they had no way to justify there charges. I will never use their services ever again. The only good thing I can say about them is that they were very polite.
