Shelby and Friends

I don't offen take time to write reviews, but this was by far the best child care facility in this area. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I was very impressed by the structure and customer service. I feel very confident in the care my grandchild receives.

Shelby and friends is one of the worst daycares in Lubbock. The owner hates children and makes the staff treat them horrible.

Absolutely the BEST daycare facility in town!! My daughter has been enrolled here since she was 4 months old and now is 10 years of age. Very clean environment, friendly staff, and quality care of all ages. The owner/director is all about business and strives to ensure each child is cared for by hiring only the most qualified care takers. I have recommended S&F to several friends for their children after being at other centers and although being placed on a waiting list for enrollment they all feel its the best place for their children and worth the wait!

Awful Daycare!!! The owner is rude. They forgot to feed my son all day one day, nothing to drink or a bottle. They have different teachers with him everyday and some of them I have never even met. My son came home the other day in another child's diaper and the wipes they had in his box weren't the wipes I purchased for him. they cant keep up with the babies in this place. We left there and got threatened because we didn't give a two week notice. please keep your child out of this place.

EXCELLENT DAYCARE!! Teachers are very loving and friendly. Director and business manager always very helpful in handling any concerns. Always had a great experience and had three children attend through the years.
