        I went in with fever, body aches, classic symptoms of the flu. Plus I'm a retired nurse. The Nurse Practioner diagnosed me with sinusitis & pharyngitis. I told her I didn't agree with that dx. So I went & had a second opinion at Texas Tech Pavilion, where when I was swabbed; I was positive for flu A & B. I called & spoke with the office manager at West Wind, who simply said she was sorry & offered to reimburse my co-pay... Absolutely & positively will NEVER recommend this clinic. The NP may need to have some remedial education.
