They are always polite and respectful when I go in to make a payment or purchase a new item

Does not have consistent business practices. I pawned a saddle twice. Picked it up twice. Went to pawn it a third time--without having used or modified it in any way--they refused the transaction. They said someone made a mistake--twice. The point here is that I need some one I can rely on to provide consistent service if I am willing to drive thirty miles to do business-as-usual.
