Pro Nail Salon

The good was outweighed with one HORRIBLE visit. I had been going to this salon since its open and was always happy with results even to the point of recommending family and friends, my bridal party and even treated 10 of my fave girls for pedicures which they booked for 3 hours....I moved over a hour away and tried to find a new nail salon but none were up to par until the other day..I always call my appts in a few days early since of the drive and I happen to call early that day to check on booking and when I get there the owner is all snappy and I didn't like his tone but I chose to sit it out because Im thinking to myself is my hairstyle that different till he doesn't recognizes me...other clients come in and he greets and carry on convo..45 mins later he snapps at me in front of other customers saying"you gotta choose one or the other I cant do all 3,so hurry and pick"...customers looking at me and I am totally shocked at his behavior.. I choose to get a clear coat on my nails and hurry out, I calmly ask him so when you stop doing toes, because all I wanted was a polish change and he shouted "I don't do feet" I ask "since when" because you just did my mother's feet for a wedding...by then I am disgusted and ready to go. I left unhappy and treated unfairly. When I finally got home and calmed down I called to speak to the owner to voice my opinion and he had the nerve to hang up on me..RUDE, RUDE, RUDE..I called back and politely told him je was obnoxious and would not get any more of my money...The only positive thing I can say is the young ladies in there were very professional and always kept me coming back, esp Kelly. Pro Nails will NOT be a stop for me whenever I visit my hometown any longer.
