I offer Swedish, neuromuscular, deep tissue, pre-natal, trigger points therapy, acupressure, sports and medical massages. Reflexology and Reiki.

        Overall

        Hi, I have an auto-immune condition, scleroderma and mixed connective tissue disease, so it is important for me to de-stress and relax my mind and body. Find Norma's massages have that particular touch that keeps me in top condition for almost 7 days. I wish she lived near me so i could make use of her healing talents several times a month. It is hard to find somebody whose hands are as healing and talented as Norma. My legs and back could be locked in spasm, and when Norma finishes my massage, the tissues in my legs and back are all loosened up and much softer. Norma gets those "knots" out, she has excellent hands. I take alot of vitamins and supplements to help with my condition. Avoiding junk food and sugar are also important to protect your good health.
