they are awful about answering their phone, people like to call who live a little further away to check and see if they have something or not, if they have fried chicken, or nuggetts or fries, etc... they simply will not answer. now if their manager were there, this would not be happening. that is what needs to be done. someone needs to let her know they will NOT answer, they will NOT use the grill if they do not feel like it, they are supposed to cook w/ the grill & chicken & stuff like that until 8pm, but if certain people are working, forget it. I think tha is wrong. and it is really bad that they cannot even get off their butts to answer the damn phone. TERRIBLE customer service.. the one on TIMONIUM ROAD... Espically the girl named Tina, she is a real peice of work & John (at night) he has a real problem w/ either anger, or massive depression. he is just ulgy to most everyone.
