Nail Fx

I have had my nails done for 35 years and by a variety of nail techs. I left my last salon after 5 years to come to Jade. I had seen work done on another patron and was extremely impressed by her nails. (She told me it was her third week...mine didn't look as good and were only four days old.). Jade is a true perfectionist. Each nail tip for the pink and whites are precise in measurement ...every edge exact...every cuticle edge perfect. (I could continue but anyone who gets their nails done gets the picture) Their shop is in Wesley Chapel. I live 25 miles away. Doesn't matter...period. The shop is clean the staff is funny and social and if she could make my body look as good as my nails and toes I'd think I'd died and gone to Heaven..:) If you ar trying to find someone that does beyond fantastic and is cheaper than most around...I know...I've been to the others...go to NAIL FX You will never be disappointed...(she is a perfectionist)

The owners of this business are nice initially until your life gets in the way and miss an appointment or if you are running late for one. You can never decide to just walk in and get any service without a ridiculous wait time....not like your normal nail salon. The business literally only has 3 employees and mostly operates by appointments so if you miss an appointment or are running late be prepared to get your head chewed out by the owners (husband and wife). I made an appointment early on a Saturday morning and woke up 15 minutes later than my appointment time. I called to let the owner know and find out if the lady was still available to service me and she then flipped the switch and got personal with me. She said her employee was waiting for 15 minutes and I'm not allowed to make appointments there anymore. The wife (owner) was very rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I understand I was late but I didn't need to call and say anything. I WILL NO LONGER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are rude, impolite, unprofessional and has no basic customer service. It's unfortunate that their 1 and only employee does awesome work (not the owners by the way) but I refuse to put any more of my money into a business that is rude and inconsiderate to their customers. If their employee moves to another nail salon, I will definitely go there. Until then I REFUSE to do ANY business at Nail FX.
