I cleaned the house and everything in it to the best of my ability and called and asked for a walk through and they never set a date with me. I called them after I moved out and they said that the house wasn't a big deal and shouldn't be a problem with deposit. A month and a half letter, I get a check less than half my deposit. GWG, you run your business poorly. I will never to rent from you ever and will advise my friends never to do the same.

My wife and I rented a storage unit with this business. We asked if the storage units were clean or ever had any insect problems. They stated that they were clean and there had never been any insect problems. When we got to the storage unit with all our stuff we found the place a mess. Broken glass, garbage, water had been leaking in, there were bugs, spiders, spider webs, and spider eggs everywhere, and even toads hopping around in there! When I called them they said they would refund my money if I came by to pick up a check from them. But when I got there it was a different story and they could only refund some of it. Eventually they said its not their responsibility to make sure the unit is clean before they rent it out to tenants and that it would take too much time and money to make sure each place was clean before renting the unit out again. If that's really the case then they shouldn't be assuring people that the storage units are clean. That would be a misrepresentation and I should be able to get my money back. Anyway, as I waited around quietly to see if they could cut a new check, I could hear them complaining about me in the back of the office! Then they told me I had to leave because they were closing and would mail me a check, but still not for the entire amount that I paid for the storage unit. Horrible service and policies. To top it all off they never even apologized for the condition that the storage unit was in. I do not recommend this business to anybody.
