LSM has installed an air conditioning unit in our home, serviced our furnace, and put in a hot water tank. Their work is of the highest quality and their techs are very knowledgeable and polite. Fair pricing and a great local business. Would recommend to anyone.

I love my new heating system! The people here are kind. I am a single lady and this stuff is foreign to me. They took the time explain what I was buying and helped me make the best decision and when it was installed the guys explained to me how to use it. I am so thankful for a company like Lynden Sheet Metal.

Lynden Sheet Metal just replaced our furnace and installed an air conditioner. Whoever thought we would need air conditioning in NW Washington, but after this summer we made the decision to get it. We love it. The whole crew at Lynden Sheet Metal did a great job. The estimators and office staff were knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. The price was super good. And let me say, the installer's blew our socks off. Talk about professional, quick and they cleaned up after themselves. Kudos!! We are telling all our friends if they need any heating work to try them.

Lynden Sheet Metal has always been great. They came out right away when our hot water tank was leaking and brought a new one to replace it. The workers were courteous and respectful and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a negative experience with Lynden Sheet Metal. I called them in early December for my elderly mothers gas fireplace which was not working properly. They came out, and took a bunch of pictures and seemed confused about what to do. The tech shut off the fireplace and told her not to use it. He said he would go back and discuss it with someone else. Several weeks went by and I called again and spoke to the owner Bobbi. She told me they were busy and they would get to me when they could and that they have my information. I found that condescending and off putting. Here it is the middle of January with zero response. Meanwhile, my mother has been sitting in a cold room using her more expensive heat source. I believe they only pay attention to you if you are a big dollar customer and they are out of their league with gas fireplaces even though they say they work on them. They should have just told me that in the beginning. We have called in Innovations. They knew exactly what to do.
