Union Hospital

I've been living in and around the Lynn area since January 2013 and have yet to have a bad experience at that particular facility. Whether i'm a patient myself or with a neighbor of mine that I've taken there on occasion, it's always been a satisfactory and pleasant experience, to say the very least. The staff employed there are always polite, friendly and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Whenever I've went to the ER, the wait times have been reasonably short and quite tolerable. As I've said before, I've taken my neighbor there on occasion. She has had outpatient surgery more than once there and her husband has been treated a few times for his diabetes. I've always come out of there on a positive note and do not find any fault with the performance of the staff whatsoever.

Horrible horrible experience at the infusion clinic at Union Hospital. I had my infusion scheduled for last Monday and I received a phone call from the infusion center asking me to come on Wednesday instead; I got there on Wednesday for my appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment. The attendant denied she had called me. She denied she printed all my coming appointments... all the workers denied...they denied everything...They will try to make you feel stupid...very poor department...don't go there! I wish I could give a zero star.

One star is too much...no communication with patients in the waiting room...even when your doctor calls and wants you put on IV's for dehydration and you sit in a waiting room for 4 hours with no one talking to you...maybe that's the reason why they are closing...terrible

The hospital is not organized doctor rossi basically took more than a hour to see my husband the young girl that was attending us had no info for me at all didn't even offer a warm blanket for my husband he had chest pain and after 1 hrs of x-rays being done doctor still hasn't came in . Now I understand why they will be soon shut down horrible hospital never AGAIN NO ONE DID THERE JOB CORRECTLY!

The hospital sucks. U wasted your time up here waiting to be seen. They look at you & say you are fine now leave. I will never go back to this hospital again the doctors suck.

Extremely rude staff that answer the phones.... I simply called to ask if they have any OBGYN's And she told me that I'm wasting their time and that I should have checked the website.. Then she hung up on me.

Union Hospital E/R used to take 7 hours on the average. Not any more. I have been in and out of there in a hour anjd a half. I told the receptionist that my last bus was in a HOUR AND A HALF. and they took care of me. However I did not have any xrays done. but did have lab work done. they were great.!

Over 8 hours for a CT Scan in the E.R.! Spent entire day, with severe pain, listening to the nurses bad talking & making fun of patients instead of working! Outragous! For your own safety, seek a different hospital
