It's been more than four months since we placed an order for our couch set and still have not received all parts of the order. We were told this is because of the Pandemic and orders were backed up for all furniture stores. However we placed an order with Ashley's furniture and got our furniture in less than month even with the pandemic delays. Worst of all was was the customer service were they wont even offer any compensation for the wait. If you cancel your order there are no refunds but only offer store credit. This is a never, ever again store. NEVER!!!!

I ordered a table and chair based on a picture in the catalog. When it arrived it was 2 shades darker. Since it does not match anything in my home, I didn't want it. I was charged a 20% restocking fee for something I didn't order. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this furniture store. They also charged the restocking fee on the tax...it should just be the price of the furniture.

As side note if you go into the store and look at the picture in the catalog, it is obvious it doesn't match even though they won't admit it.

Feel free to visit the place if you want to be cheated and lied to. The owner Anna Vu is an expert liar and sets the same example for the rest of her crew (half of them are her family anyway). She was deceiving from the first moment I stepped into the store. She did not deliver special ordered furniture on time. Instead of promised two week delivery I waited almost two months. Plus, delivered furniture was defective (so much for "custom order"). Although, she promised fast delivery and full service when it came to exchange due to defects, Anna never kept any of them. I had dreadful experience with that store and their service. It took me five months to resolve all issues with them. I sincerely hope that whoever is reading this will think twice before stepping into that store.
