Leather To Lace

Took a week for one batch of 5 things. They had not finished my daughter's dress by the one-week date they promised, but never called us to tell us it would be late. Then, after a MONTH, they had cleaned it, but not pressed it. Each time we went in, they could not locate the dress - and took a long while to find it. We asked that the one article be complimentary - given that it was a month late, they had not notified us, and was not even pressed when we came - and they offered a measly 20% discount. On $13. Wow. Not getting our business again. It's unfortunate, too, because they cleaned the dress very well.**UPDATE** After talking with the manager, and explaining the situation, he finally credited the $13 to our account. (Not that the money was important - it was the principle to me) - but not until he said he couldn't believe I was wasting his time talking about $13. Right - that's my point - it is trivial; and I felt the business should have recognized that at the outset rather than trying to brush us off and waiting for us to complain.
