I needed foam for my camper & the prices quoted locally were outrageous. Foam Factory had great quality foam for decent prices and it was cute to exactly what I needed. The website was easy to use and my foam arrived quickly. It was packaged well and when I opened the box and unwrapped the foam it sprang back into place immediately. I will definitely use them again when I need foam.
Super soft foam is just that: SUPER soft! Great for bedridden patients, elderly, anyone with pressure points or sore spots, or if you just need a SUPER soft good night's sleep! I've been tossing and turning for years until I found this beautiful, no odor foam. It doesn't gas out so you don't need to air it out. Has a nice, clean smell, just set it up and go to sleep. BUT...you must wait a couple days for it to bounce back into shape before using because it's compressed into a small package for shipping. No worries, it DOES grow back. Highly recommended. Shipping was fast, service great.

I was a bit reluctant to purchase from FoamFactory.com because I had never heard of them. After my purchase, I must say, this company is in dead my go-to for foam products from now on. I seldom even write reviews, but their products and service are on par with other companies that cost much more. Give them a try. FoamFactory.com has great products and even better prices!

No truer words have been spoken... especially as it pertains to the the internet. I've read some of the 1 star reviews here and I can't help but think the reviewers themselves had a notable part in their own dismay, because my experience with Foam Factory was nothing short of perfect. Their website was easy to navigate and I was able to identify the exact product I needed (which was cheaper than on any other website I found). Ordering over $75 worth qualified for free shipping, and the product arrived within a few days. On top of it, once my order was complete I was contacted by the company asking about my overall experience. It was so good, I placed a second order and got a nice discount... sounds like loyalty to me. Keep up the great work, Foam Factory!
The website was easy to use and I found what I needed for a reasonable price. Placing my order was easy and it arrived in the timeframe stated which was perfect! I bought 11 sheets of polyethylene foam to use as stencil material for pour in place rubber surface art detail around our community swimming pool. The 1/4" foam stencils provide the consistent and uniform thickness to trowel the rubber beads into.
The project is working and turning out great.
Ordering on line was simple, direct and clear.
I selected sizes that could be shipped by UPS and Foam Factory provided free shipping for the quantity I needed.
UPS shipping, tracking and delivery was fast and well documented as usual.
Overall, I was very happy with the purchase. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I recently placed an order. Part of the order was custom and I sent Foam Factory a picture/specs of what I wanted. They sent me a quote and I decided to purchase it. I got the quote price and the order came exactly as I ordered. Product is great. Would recommend. Customer service responded timely, accurately, and were great to work with. Highly recommend.
This place has good prices but if you want your foam in a timely manor order from some were else. it take 3 to 5 days for them just to ship it out. and then when you find that out and want to cancel the order the charge you 25% restocking fee and for the shipping that was free.
