Best Ford Dealership in Michigan! We bought a used Focus and have been extremely happy with the performance of the car! The repair shop is super helpful and my sales rep Ashley Batko keeps in touch with us and is super with following through on all of her promises. I tell everyone I know to go to this dealership. You won't be disappointed!

My essentially new 2012 Ford Escape (less than 7000 miles) would not start this past Friday. I called the dealership and expected arrangements to be made to fix the situation since the car was so new. I was told they were closed for the weekend and they could look at it Monday. They refused to provide me with a rental car, and left me without transportation the entire weekend.



I am 6 months pregnant, and this was terribly inconvenient for me. I was never offered an apology for the defect, and when I presented them with a receipt for the car I had to rent, they again refused to make the situation right.



I am, however, awarding 2 stars because the car was fixed on Monday in a timely manner.

I needed a car in a hurry and Russ Milne took care of me right away. The 24 hour repair service is awesome.
