The Pub On Main Macungie

We live moved in next to the pub, about 4-5 houses away. We'd love to make this a regular place we give business to. BUT- we have now visited 5 times in a month and had more bad service than good. Ordred sodas for the kids several times they had to be sent back for a strong chemical taste... Goofed up orders and wrong bills, hamburgers tasted funky, and the final straw last night.... We walked in and after 10 mins walked back out because the bartenders never looked our way to get us drinks.. They never greeted us or gave a "be right with you" acknowledgment. In 10 mins i saw a total of maybe 5 draft beers be served and one mixed drink. While the other guy behind the bar( big red beard) stood and talked and did nothing to help the other bartender... He was within 2-3 ft of us looking our way he could see us standing at the bar without drinks and did nothing... We were standing right at the taps too. How annoying. We want to spend money with them being so close but they arent takin care of business.

My husband and I went here for an early dinner. The place looked super cute on the outside, and was clean on the inside. My husband ordered the “pizza cheese steak” and I ordered the grilled chicken and “rabe” sandwich. The sandwiches were good – we felt that the ingredients were simple and predictable, but good. But we were pleasantly surprised by the “pub chips” which were actually closer to French fries. They were amazing!!
