I had an Inspection with Tim Healey 2 weeks ago and it was great. Tim was thorough, gave detailed answers and wasn't afraid to take the time to elaborate or rephrase/repeat answers for the multiple persons we had present at the inspection. We also followed his recommendation to get a dedicated chimney inspection and that was a life-saver as it revealed handy-man special issues that we wouldn't have caught otherwise!!! Plus, he was super responsive to questions we had a few days alter and very timely on his responses. 2-thumbs up for Tim!

I used this company on 2 occasions (10 years apart) and had very positive experiences. We not only received helpful information about repairs needed and follow up advice, but asked for and received good advice on how to care for our new home.

If the guy that did my home inspection is any indication of the company - this group is a joke. As their "form" report shows they recommend that everyone comes out and double checks my house before buying. (Roofer, chimney, termites, electrical, plumber, heating/ac, ect). I caught more stuff then the inspector did, then he harped on supid stuff that does not make sense. Being new to gas fireplaces, I was unaware of the illegal aspect of the two connections, he totally missed this, and was obvious for someone that should know what to look for. For what I paid them it would have been cheaper to call in all the other guys the suggested, and gotten better results
