One of the most important and overlooked aspects when settling for a company is making sure the company you hire is fully licensed and insured. If a worker was to get injured while working on and around your roof, you can and probably will be held liable if that company does not hold the proper insurance. Don't take an unnecessary chance. Oak Roofing is fully licensed and insured. Most companies will also sub-contract the job to another crew. This means that they will usually have three or more different crews that they will work with. In turn, you will get the luck of the draw on which crew will actually do your roof. We do our own work so you will know exactly what to expect after talking to our former customers. There is never a down payment required with Oak Roofing. WHY? Because when a company is reputable, they will have a line of credit with their supplier and should not require a deposit. We receive payment at the completion of the job.

        Absolutely the worst and non-existent customer service. They installed our roof approximately 10 years ago. I called them March 28, 2023 and asked if they would: #1 give me a quote for a new roof and #2 look at some loose shingles on roof as well.

        Instead of offering help, all Oak roofing wanted to do is be defensive and refused to come out and look at it. Without seeing my roof, I was told I had wind damage and I should contact my insurance company since Oak Roofing, “does not do repairs but only new roof installs”. Unbelievable! They must have a crystal ball to be able to say what’s wrong with my roof and shingles they installed without ever seeing it.

        After politely expressing my concerns and saying I would post my experience of the horrific conversation, I was told by Oak Roofing to not make “threats”, in which nothing of the sort was done in the call, “or I’d be sorry.” Truly the only thing I’m sorry about is having Oak Roofing do this job in the first place.
