Clothes Mentor

I called ahead this morning to ask if they could hold a bag for me. They said yes. I explained that I have to drive an hour to get to their store and I needed about 30 mins to get ready to head over to the store. They said that was fine and that they would hold the bag for me. I called at 12:06pm and arrived at the store at 1:27pm- not even 1 and a half hrs later and they told me that they went ahead and sold the bag. I will be contacting the owner. Don't expect them to hold ANYTHING for you.
