Cilantro Bar & Grill

I just went to Cilantro for the first time. It is in a strip mall, so it is easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but it is definitely worth looking for. This is a more upscale restaurant, not a burritos and nachos kind of place. I had the Carnitas and they were wonderful. I grew up in Oaxaca, Mexico and I can honestly say that it has been YEARS since I tasted a really good corn tortilla. I think I had forgotten what a really good tortilla tasted like. But the tortillas at Cilantro brought it all back to me and made me homesick for Mexico (in a happy way). The servers and management and busboys were all very good, very pleasant, and not at all overbeearing. I had to restrain myself from running into the kitchen to kiss whoever made those tortillas. I loved this place. Can't wait to go back
