The Computer-Aided Engineering Center, also known as CAE, is a facility that provides computing resources for students. The center provides computer laboratory access 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the engineering campus. Its laboratory includes Windows and Linux machines, laser printers, CD burners and scanners. The center also provides the Tethered software, which allows students to access computing resources from anywhere in the world. The Computer-Aided Engineering Center is a part of the College of Engineering, which is operated by the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System.
