        Its unfortuante Steve couldnt stop eating and failed to meet the standard requirments for success. I love the gym! Before I moved it did wonders for my back and knees! Its eaw combat strength and conditioning... if your looking for something upitdy and clean go to golds... This gym is for those who desire a level of strength and conditioning that is beyond comprhension!

        A great gym for guys who want a new challenge. Jon, the owner, customizes each workout according to each athlete's ability and goals. Being an Army Ranger, there is no better motivator. ALSO, YOUR FIRST WORKOUT IS FREE. So, try it out.
