        Overall

        I have taken my kids for cuts here for years with no problems. Yesterday, after telling the stylist(numerous times) to trim my son's hair, and leave it long, she butchered it! I was so upset and the owner didn't say a word to me. it was very obvious I was upset, and no one cared. I called and left a message for the owner, and asked that she call me. She never did. $24 for a haircut I didn't want. I never complain, but this was terrible service, and I won't be back.
