Walmart - Pharmacy

My father was discharged from the hospital 6 days ago and we dropped the prescription off for Diabetes care equipment, cardiac and CKD medication. Every time we would go to inquire about the order, they would make us aware of the different problems they had with the prescription and how they had to contact the hospitalist repeated times to correct it. Not once we got a call from the pharmacy to update us about the situation. Luckily my father had other medications that he has been taking while he gets the new ones. Today I called to inquire about the prescription and once again, we get the same person asking if my father moved from another state because Medicare can't find him/won't cover. They have the copy of his card and licence that identifies him. Why didn't he get a call about the new found issue? What happens to those that don't have anyone to help them. The bottom line is that your business is in the healthcare field. You deal mostly with seniors that depend on meds.

Nobody helps you, nobody cares. Like the other poster said, the only reason anybody goes here is because they sell items cheap. If they ever loose the edge on price, they would be out of business in a month.

The only reason people go into Walmart is for the price's. Walmart employee's are walking death. They are nasty.
