The Doctors' Office Urgent Care of Manalapan

Went there 2x, Never again. First time I was seen and gave insurance info, but kept getting bill. I called but still got bill, stopped in person still got bill. Not sure if they ever got paid. Took my wife on 10/20/21 before closing, Wife told them feeling short of breath and tightness in chest. They said we are busy can you
come back tomorrow. Morons!

Took my daughter here on 3/7/16, she had sore throat, head ache, and was obviously sick. Made an "appointment" online which did nothing. Arrived at 6pm, went into an exam room after 7pm, doctor came in at 7:50. The nurse used 2 swabs to swab my daughter's throat. Told me one was for rapid and the other would be sent out. Rapid test was negative. Called for results on Tuesday and was told they would have it in 4 days (since when). Called Wednesday and was told they never sent it out, She said because doctor prescribed antibiotics they did not send out. She said it was their protocol and they do it to save money and save the insurance company money. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never go there again.
