        We have tried Aqualand opening service and weekly maintenance twice, both times they have been disappointing. During the openings, they have failed to balance the chemicals correctly and clean the decks. This year when they open the pool they dropped parts of the cover in the pool and left them there. When they came two days later for the first cleaning, they failed to clean the pool and unbelievably the parts to the cover were still in the pool. When I left a message for the service manager and followed up with the office staff, they informed me that he was too busy and he would get back to me later. At this time, I have not received a follow up by either. After paying a premium price on the pool service and opening, I would expect better service and a higher quality job. We have found a service for half the prices that does a better job.
