Petco

I frequently go in the store to see the ferrets and small animals. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks for all u do!

Rude, Understaffed, and uncaring associates that work here. People can really make or break a business. I used to stop in here to there fish department to collect feeders weekly. They never have staff in the fish department, they are certainly not friendly, nor do they even ackowledge your existance as a customer! I will go further down the street to Petsmart to get them where I meet more knowledgeable staff, who are actually in their department!

To my dismay, the last visit I paid to Petco, I was told I'd have to wait for someone when I approached the registers. This was after scouting out the entire store! When I scouted again, I found a man who scowled when I said I needed help in the fish area. He walked away without saying a word after I took my feeders. There was a customer complaining up at the same register, and guess who the manager was who came up there?! The very same man who threw feeder into a baggie for me! Yuck! Why bother! DON"T SHOP AT THE MANASSAS PETCO!
