Prime Service

Rip off!, stay away! I already complained to the BBB and my home warranty company, I don't understand with reputable companies will engage in subcontracting with individuals like this. Mohammed tried to tell me my HVAC needed a full tune up and coolant, when I asked him to show me the coolant measurements, he refused got upset and asked for the deductible immediately, threatening to tell the the Home Warranty company that I refused service, he is extremely dishonest!!! they should shut this company down!

I'm completely satisfied with the service provided by Prime. I had issues with my HVAC system and the home warranty insurance company gave me a lot of trouble but Prime service was very patient with me through the process. He spent a number of hours over the phone with me, the insurance compnay, the supplier etc to ensure everything was lined up correctly and made sure the AC was up and running. Thank you Prime for being the best contracor I've ever worked with. I highly recommend them for any HVAC repair needs.

These people are completely dishonest, I had to call the police on the technician who was trying to rip me off and refused to fix my A/C if he didn't service it first, which was not needed! after I said no he refused to return the deductible amount he had ASKED UPFRONT, I called the police and obviously he quickly left. No joke, these people take advantage of the situation you are in to cash out!
