Don't come here UNSAFE and - The management company does not care about residents
Several of us have complained about persistent problems with 3 school going children harassing and asking for donations. We have gone to the leasing office and complained. They just said that they cant do anything about the residents who are harassing other residents in the apartment complex. I am staying here for 5 years but definitely will not continue staying here. I will also not recommend anyone to come here.

The management is terrible, although the location and the apartment looks attractive. I thought half of the reviews online were positive and I decided to give it a try. My experience tells me that if you have any other options, just AVOID this property.

I visited the leasing office and the people were nice. I got an acceptable monthly rate one month before move-in date and paid my application fee and holding fee. However, I was told that the monthly rate I got previously was INVALID 5 days before my move-in date. The worst thing is that the leasing staff attempted to get me accept a lease with the wrong lease term and wrong monthly rate.

I am glad that this is America and people get a lot of choices. If you don't want to waste your time and money, look for other apartment with good reputations.

DISAPPOINTED, PATHETIC..!! I have been resident of this community from one year and I can assure you that your stay here would be worst. Management is so careless and do not bother after signing the lease. The careless attitude is so evident. The maintenance work order takes days..emergency call takes hours to respond. Applicances are old. Only thing good about this community is the location. I would say if you have options to go some other place, NEVER EVER stay here.

After reading all of the HORRIBLE reviews about this place I decided to give my honest input.

I have been a resident here for 2 years, and I am overall pleased with the Pavilions. There are good things and bad things. For everyone who complains about unfriendly neighbors, smelly apartments, noisey neighbors, I'm sorry but you do realize this is an apartment complex, right? This can happen anywhere you go.

As for Bugs? I have not seen any roaches or any other issues, and to be fair, if you see bugs, your lease says to call maintenece immediately and they will call an exterminator for you.

The staff in the office has been fairly helpful. I had an issue with a leak and it took 4 calls to get it fixed. But honestly, it doesnt change my opinion of the place. They apologized for the confusion and came and fixed it within a day.

The apartments themselves are nice, the property is nice, they are remodeling a lot of apartments now, great location, great pool in summer.

If you are looking to live somewhere where everything is perfect, may I suggest building your own home?

I would, and have, recommended the Pavilions to friends and family.

It is what it is, you get what you pay for. These are apartments afterall.
