        Founded in 1971, McIntyre Ski Area is a ski lodge based in Manchester, N.H and is run by the city of Manchester. McIntyre Ski School Inc., a part of McIntyre Ski Area and started in 1978, offers skiing lessons to children as well as adults. In 1996, the owner of the ski school added a rental/retail shop; Don s Sports and Don's North Country. McIntyre Ski Area offers various other services such as tubing, skiing and snowboarding lessons.
