Jiffy Lube

I was super impressed with everyone here!! Over the top customer service from the 4 guys I came in contact with in the 30 minutes (walk-in by the way) I was there. Great price, and they even washed my windows and vacuumed the floor.

The previous review is refering to the neighboring establishment known as Jiffy Tire. Personally, I love getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Everytime they stop what they're doing to greet me and then get the door. They only recommend what is right for my car and there is no pressure. Plus the boys that work there are def nice to look at while they service my car.

Horrible place. Bunch of crooks. I had them put tires on my car. They were my own tires that I just needed switched for the older ones on my car. 11 days later the right front one comes off the rim. The mechanic told us that it was because of corrosion on the rim caused it to leak, and that it would have been an 'extra charge' at the time they were put on to have the rim cleaned. Both guys who were with me thought this was ridiculous. Also, how could my rim have corroded that much more in 11 days? It should have been caught the first time. Obviously they are incompetent or just trying to come up with an excuse for something they knew was their fault. Regardless, I should not have had to pay 20 bucks for 5 minutes it took them to clean the rim. RIP OFF! It should have been free just for all the hassle of having to take the tire off and take it there and put it back on. I will tell everyone I know not to go there!
