        Overall

        The customer service is horrible in this store at the jewelry counter. Employees were rude and refused to acknowledge me. I waited patiently for almost 30 minutes while the employee played I'm the computer. I have worked retail in the past and understand black Friday is busy. About 6 waiting in be helped and the employee allowed a friend to cut in front of them so she could wait on her first. Then she spent another 10 min on the computer without acknowledging customers waiting. Then made rude complaints about me to other staff after I left area without purchasing anything due to her poor customer service.
