UPS Customer Center

About a year ago, I had a package shipped through UPS to my home. They wouldn't leave it there. Called them and way told I had to pick it up that day. Went to get it the same afternoon, and was told the package was in the process of being returned. Never did get that package. Talked with the supervisor at the location, he made me fill out some forms and told me it would never happen again. STRIKE ONE.
On Friday May 26, 2017, found the UPS note on the door, have package - you need to make arrangements to get it delivered. Was told to sign a slip, leave it on the door the following Tuesday and the package would be delivered. The package didn't get delivered - STRIKE TWO.
I had to miss part of my day at work on Wednesday to call the center. Was told it was sitting at Longview Avenue and would be returned if I didn't pick it up today. Just missed another half half day of work - STRIKE THREE.
My advice to you - avoid UPS - check all their ratings, I haven't found a good one in the past year. Go with the USPS or FedEx, even if their rates are higher or you'll probably be sorry.
