Knapp Sisters Self Storage

I would not recommend Knapp sisters storage to anyone. I had my stuff stolen from one of there climate controlled units. The people that work there didn't care at all. I ask about the video and the guy that works there said he didn't have time to watch the videos and I have called several times trying to reach the manager he's never in the office and will not return my phone calls. It almost seems like there protecting someone. The police could care less. So if you have your stuff stored there I recommend moving it. If your thinking about storing your stuff here don't do it.

The man that works there at night was in a no parking spot but he parks there all the time came out ranting and raving we need to hurry hes ready to leave. When he was told sorry but thetr is no need to be rude. And had he just asked us to move we would of been more than happy to. He said im gonna show you rude here i a few seconds. And was just talking all kinds of crazy to us. They are way over priced and the numbering on this place is the stupidest i have ever seen in my whole life. Seriously. They trying to be all fancy. Its a non climate controlled storage. Get a grip people.
