Kmart

This store is always hot, cant find anyone to help, and when you do they seem bothered by your question and almost always dont know the answer. And not to mention their return policy, ugg, the worst ! I had a baby shower and wound up with a lot of doubles. So when I went to this Kmart to return/exchange I was told that I cant do anything without a receipt. Even the merchandise with the Kmart tag they wouldnt return/exchange. They told me I need to track down the people who gave the certain gifts and ask them for a gift receipt !! So I was stuck with all my doubles. I will drive miles out of the way to shop at Walmart or Target, anywhere but Kmart.
