Bed & Bath Shoppe

What a great store! My husband and I stumbled on this gem while visiting Margaretville this past summer. The store specializes in all natural products such as bamboo bath towels, J.R. Watkins lotions, Voluspa candles and diffusers, and Eqyptian cotton sheets. Generally with small specialty shops, one expects high prices, but this store is always very competitively priced, and constantly offering items on sale. But, the best part is the owners actually operate the store 7 days a week, and are very attentive and very helpful. We just love that we no longer have to schlepp stuff up, or stop in Kingston and lose valuable time on the weekends. The Bed and Bath Shoppe is such a fantastic addition to this beautiful village, and well needed. We've even made purchases for our downstate home as shopping here is so easy and affordable. They also have great gift items, along with everyday items needed for the bedroom and bathroom. And, personally, I just love my new Turkish Bath Robe.
