Cafe Vincenzo. My favorite restaurant!
Pros: Staff-Food-Chef-Prices-Location-Name-Look.
*I love how it's the modern but Italian look. The staff came right over, and we were seated whn we came in. We ordered the Lobster Bisque first, and I was VERY pleased! Unlike many other restaurants, this one had real lobster pieces in the soup, it wasn't watery or plain. We met the chef, and he was very nice and welcoming. Before Cafe Vincenzo's, there was another restaurant. Bella Chibo's. Ok, there pizza was good, but not as good as this! The pizza is full of whatever you order and the crust isn't too thin, or too thick. My all time favorite, it feels like your in Italy.
I recomend this to EVERYONE! I hope after this review, you will think about going!

First visit was also my last visit. Zuppa de Pesce was horrendous. Apart from the half lobster and clams, the mussels, salmon and scallops were not fresh. They did not smell or taste right. Overpriced. Will not be returning ever.

It's easy to see why a couple of nearby competing Italian style restaurants have stayed in business for many years after visiting this one. I'll share some of our experience on the evening of 01/ 16/2012. The restaurant had very few patrons when we arrived. The rest. had a small group and it appeared there was only one waitress and a busboy. It wound up being the busboy that gave better service than the waitress. The busboy should be trained and promoted to Waiter! At least he showed us a caring attitude towards customers! The waitress was very ignorant of the menu items and had to go ask someone in the kitchen @ the items. Mgmnt. of this place needs to have all of the staff sample the offerings and educate them.
The food was tasty to the slightly above average level. In regards to value; There were very minimal portions for the very high prices charged. Especially for the price charged for the braised beef ravioli entree, (just 2 ravioli, pureed, soupy, greasy beef inside the pasta ), in a gravy. The salads were good though. I won't get into the other items we ordered as I'll start getting ticked off like I was when we left.
I don't mind paying high prices when there's justification. Pasta is a very inexpensive food product ,( homemade or prefab). At least there wasn't an arrogant, narcissistic like chef verbally ripping into their employees in the dinning room like the prior restaurant had.
