Do not go with this moving company it's a scam they sent to small of a truck, when I told them repeatedly that I needed a very large truck. tThey lost 30 of my boxes they scratched and chip big chunks off of my furniture, they wrapped my furniture and cellophane .they do not return phone calls they charge you double the price that they quote you. RUN DO NOT USE

this company is a scam! They take your money and broker out the move to disreputable movers. All mu furniture stolen by a company they called in the bronx to move my stuff from Boston to California. Why did my stuff go to the Bronx? They extorted money out of me and stole my belongings out of boxes. I will never see my furniture again because of these thieves. Warning.... DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Beware !!! All the sales associates are cons but especially beware of the guy named McIntosh (he sounded around late 30's) This is a garbage company. Don't even try to contact them for a price quote. If they find out that you have decided to go with another company, they will call you to harass you then rudely hang up on you several times. They will even sell your contact number to telemarketers.



True King Relocation based in Florida is a trash.

They take your deposit and never show up to do the moving!!! We give them two dates and two chances to show up with a truck to move our stuff and they NEVER show up!!!! The only thing that they did for us was to take our deposit of $ 800 and disappear!!! They are NOT a legitimate company and they're liers!!!! They lie about everything, quotes... They send you a link to a non-binder contract which by the way is a fraud too. WATCH out for this company!!! They left my family in a house full of boxes... Waiting for a truck for 2 days lying to us and never show up...never answer they phones ... HIRE them @ your own risk!!!!

I will never again use this company they lie about everything!!! We thought everything was ok with our items but we was missing parts!! they came 3 weeks late !!! I will never use this company again I will keep on bashing this company !! until the die I die!! I will post on every social network!! They only want your deposit once they get that!! You are at there hands

I recommend you not to use them. They are a moving broker. I did my inventory over the phone.

Price was estimated at 5,000. Moving company showed up and had to pay total 12,925.

They said that I underestimated the inventory.

I had to pay because we needed to be out.

True King could do nothing about this.

When you decide to move, don't use them.

Have people come to your house and see the inventory and give you the price. This process should never be done over the phone.
