Car Plus Motors

My wife and I purchased a Minivan on 5/23/18 and we have been trying to get an update related to our title and plates. In fact, we had to get a tag extension on 7/6 from the Motor Vehicle office. I contacted one of the sale associates on 7/5 and he explained that the lady in charge of that department was out on vacation and promised to call me back when she returned the next week and no one followed up to date. Also, I contacted the owner via text on 7/17/18 and after confirming that was his number he never responded when I posed the question related to my tag and plate. They are horrific with communication. Finally, we purchased the vehicle as is based on a cash deal and the same week we took the vehicle to our mechanic, we found out that needed around $2000 worth of front end work. We will not go back to dealer.
